We are looking for a
Senior Drivers Verification Specialist
to lead and manage our driver background check and verification processes across Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of local verification protocols, experience working with law enforcement and licensing authorities, and strong analytical and communication skills.

What you will do:

  • Monitoring and analyzing team performance and KPIs in real time
  • Managing workload distribution and task allocation
  • Providing feedback, mentoring, and support to team members
  • Preparing regular performance and incident reports
  • Suggesting and implementing process improvements
  • Collaborating across departments to resolve technical and operational issues
