Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and versatile Creative Designer who can bring ideas to life through graphic design, video production, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs, editing marketing videos, and developing creative content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand promotions.

This role requires a combination of design aesthetics, technical video skills, and creative thinking to deliver high-quality visual content consistent with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, banners, product catalogs, and advertisements.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content such as promotional videos, product shoots, reels, and interviews.
  • Develop motion graphics and short animations to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials and digital platforms.
  • Manage and organize media files, raw footage, and design templates.
  • Stay up-to-date with design and video trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative materials while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, Film, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and CorelDRAW.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
  • Hands-on experience with video production equipment (camera, lighting, audio).
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles.
  • Basic understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and platform trends.
  • Excellent creativity, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience with Figma or Canva for digital design.
  • Knowledge of photography, lighting setup, and color grading.
  • Familiarity with 3D tools (Blender or Cinema 4D) is a plus.
  • Understanding of branding, marketing, and storytelling strategies.
