We Are Hiring – Sales Executives (Jubilee Life, Islamabad)

We are now looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our sales team in Islamabad.

What We Offer


• 3 months probation


• Salary: 50,000 PKR


• Monthly business target: 150,000 PKR

Roles & Responsibilities


• Generate new business through provided leads and networking


• Contact, meet, and build long-term client relationships


• Conduct financial need analysis and presentations


• Guide clients in selecting suitable insurance and takaful solutions


• Achieve monthly business targets


• Maintain daily activity reports and client records


• Collaborate with team members and seniors to achieve branch goals


• Represent Jubilee Life with professionalism and integrity

Requirements


• Minimum Intermediate education (Bachelor's preferred)


• Strong communication and convincing skills


• Confident, positive, and energetic personality


• Target-oriented and hardworking mindset


• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated


• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills


• Ambition to achieve career growth and financial independence
