We are looking for a detail-oriented
Payroll & HR Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll management experience, advanced Excel skills, presentations skills to share the Human Resource data with the management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations
  • Build and maintain HR dashboards and analytics for payroll and workforce data.
  • Generate insights to support HR and management decision-making.
  • Create clear and professional presentations for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations.
