
HR Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee attendance, overtime, and leave records.
- Prepare salary sheets, payment statements, and payroll reports.
- Handle payroll-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform proper filing and documentation of all payroll and employee records.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance for reconciliations and audits.
- Utilize Advanced Excel for payroll calculations, reporting, and analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in BBA or B.Com (mandatory).
- 1–2 years of payroll experience in a reputable organization.
- Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.).
- Good knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory compliance.
- Excellent skills in record keeping, filing, and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
