Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee attendance, overtime, and leave records.
  • Prepare salary sheets, payment statements, and payroll reports.
  • Handle payroll-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform proper filing and documentation of all payroll and employee records.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance for reconciliations and audits.
  • Utilize Advanced Excel for payroll calculations, reporting, and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in BBA or B.Com (mandatory).
  • 1–2 years of payroll experience in a reputable organization.
  • Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent skills in record keeping, filing, and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
