Job Opportunity – Assistant (Accounts & CEO Support)
We are hiring a Full-time Assistant who can assist the CEO in daily tasks, manage staff attendance, and handle Accounts & Tax work.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Accounts/Office Assistant role
- Degree in Accounts/Finance/Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, ACCA, etc.)
- Knowledge of Accounts & Tax
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)
- Must be punctual, professional, and reliable
Job Role:
- Assisting CEO in day-to-day office work
- Managing staff attendance & record keeping
- Handling accounts-related tasks (bookkeeping, reconciliations, tax-related work)
- Preparing reports, documentation, and follow-ups
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift, In-Person Only)
Location: 170C, DHA Phase 8, Lahore
