Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Commercial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between our international suppliers and our local sales department, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of all commercial activities. This role is perfect for a highly organized individual with a strong foundation in pharmacy and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supplier and Sales Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between our foreign suppliers and the domestic sales team. You'll manage all queries related to product inquiries, documentation, and technical specifications.
  • Documentation Management: Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of all necessary commercial and technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. This includes handling inquiries about product specifications, shipping documents, and regulatory paperwork.
  • Technical Support: Utilize your technical knowledge to address complex queries from the sales department and suppliers, ensuring a clear understanding of product details and technical requirements.
  • Business Development: Support the Commercial Manager in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to expand our portfolio of products and suppliers.
  • General Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the commercial department.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Pharm-D degree is required to understand and communicate technical and pharmaceutical-related queries effectively.
  • Experience: We are open to considering fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: Must be fluent in written and spoken English to communicate effectively with foreign suppliers.
  • Key Attributes: Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong sense of responsibility. We are looking for a candidate who is keen to learn, can quickly adapt to new challenges, and responds proactively to all inquiries.
