Job Summary: We are looking for a Commercial Account Manager that uses developing solid customer connections, spots new opportunities, and provides customized IT solutions to propel corporate success. This position entails working with technical teams, creating proposals and reports, tracking performance with CRM technologies, and utilizing market data to increase revenue and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with commercial clients to understand their IT environments, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to align client requirements across infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security with tailored IT solutions.
- Deliver solution presentations and demos that clearly demonstrate business value and technical fit.
- Collaborate with solutions architects, service delivery, technical support, and project teams to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Manage renewals of managed service contracts, licensing, and support agreements, ensuring client retention and long-term partnerships.
- Resolve client escalations proactively by coordinating with technical teams and implementing effective solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Stay informed on IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and industry trends to provide consultative advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (US/UK/Canada degree preferred).
- 4+ years in IT services, managed services, cloud, or enterprise infrastructure sales/account management.
- Proven track record in end-to-end sales cycles, complex solution sales, and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Strong relationship-building with IT leaders (CIOs, CTOs, IT Managers).
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, translating technical solutions into business value.
- Experience with IT service renewals, SLAs, and contracts, focusing on revenue retention.
- High technical aptitude, consultative mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and success-driven in fast-paced environments.
- Age must be between years.
