We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative duties including filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics
  • Prepare basic reports, documents, and presentations when needed
  • Support office staff with daily tasks and project coordination
  • Maintain office cleanliness, inventory, and supply orders
  • Welcome guests, clients, and partners to the office
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and follow-ups

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs5,000.00 per month
