We are looking for the position of Female Office Assistant (clerical & admin work) a long-term opportunity
Responsibilities
. Preparing Bank pay-orders, challan payments & preparing of files to be submitted
. Organize office day-to-day tasks to enhance efficiency
· Act as a bridge to facilitate the CEO, in dealing with the clients on phone/ e-mail
· Must have good hands-on experience in MS Office, Excel & google products.
· To coordinate with different organizations on the phone
· Coordinate with government departments to ensure efficiency
· Preparing quotations & agreements for clients on the system
· Preparing, organizing and managing files for smooth operations
· Must be comfortable with documentation, printing & scanning etc
· Will be open to any other assigned administrative tasks
· Having experience with any Tax, business / Management consultant will be a plus
. As this is office job, late sitting can be expected, if required
Skills
· Good command of MS office
· Show interest in office documentation & Files management/ clerical works
· Responding to clients on the phone as well as through e-mail.
· Must have good English writing & communication skills
