Job Summary:
The Document Controller ensures all contracts, agreements, and sales-related paperwork are accurately compiled, organized, and dispatched to potential clients. This role supports the sales process by maintaining proper documentation control, enabling smooth communication between sales teams and clients, and ensuring compliance in the handling of POS terminal agreements.
This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in structured environments and understand the importance of accuracy and timeliness in document management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Compile, review, and format sales agreements and contracts for POS terminal sales.
· Ensure all necessary supporting documents are received before sending to potential clients.
· Track the status of sent agreements and follow up on pending acknowledgments.
· Maintain a secure and well-organized digital filing system for all client documents.
· Verify that the latest approved templates and legal terms are always in use.
· Provide timely reporting on document flow, outstanding contracts, and client responses.
· Act as the point of contact for all contract-related queries within the sales process.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
