About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Customer Support Executive who can handle a variety of responsibilities. The ideal candidate will not only manage customer support tasks but will also assist with office-related work and occasionally visit the market when required. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a flexible attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain records of customer queries, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Assist with day-to-day office tasks and administrative support.
  • Visit markets or vendors when required for operational needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to take on flexible responsibilities (customer support, office work, and market visits).
  • Prior experience in customer support or office assistance will be a plus.
