About the Role:
We are seeking a French-Speaking Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to international clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset to ensure seamless support across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries in
French
via email, chat, and phone. - Provide accurate product/service information and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to support procedures and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (written & spoken)
; English proficiency preferred. - Prior
customer service or support experience
is a plus. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools is preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
