About the Role:

We are seeking a French-Speaking Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to international clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset to ensure seamless support across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries in 
    French
     via email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide accurate product/service information and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
  • Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to support procedures and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (written & spoken)
    ; English proficiency preferred.
  • Prior 
    customer service or support experience
     is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
