Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gujranwala for a Takaful Team Manager. The Takaful Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Takaful team, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring that client needs are met efficiently. The role includes daily supervision of staff, planning and implementing marketing strategies for Takaful products, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Team Management and Leadership skills
- Sales and Marketing experience, particularly in Takaful or Insurance products
- Client Relationship Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in Takaful or Insurance are a plus
