We are looking for an experienced Call Center Team Lead to manage and guide our outbound sales team for a US-based Internet Service Provider (ISP) sales campaign. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in ISP/Telecom sales.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of outbound sales agents to achieve daily and weekly sales targets


• Monitor individual and team performance and provide coaching and feedback


• Ensure call quality standards and compliance with campaign requirements


• Conduct product and sales training sessions, refreshers, and skill development workshops


• Handle escalations and support agents in overcoming customer objections


• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management review

Requirements:


• 3+ years of call center experience (preferably outbound sales)


• 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead / Supervisor (preferred)


• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)


• Prior experience in US-based Telecom/ISP campaigns is mandatory


• Strong leadership, motivation, and team management abilities


• Must be comfortable working during US business hours (Night Shift)
