Role Description

  • Make/receive calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
  • Qualify and convert leads, set appointments for account managers.
  • Update the CRM daily and provide call notes.
  • Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year call center or tele-sales experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in sales and the ability to meet targets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
