Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fresh Call Center Agent. The Fresh Call Center Agent will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. They will interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat, communicating with them about products, services, and resolving queries. The Fresh Call Center Agent will escalate issues to the management, follow-up on customer inquiries, and maintain accurate customer records.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Positive attitude and problem solving skills
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus in Business Administration or related field
