Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in resource planning, scheduling, forecasting, and optimization to drive operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical, auditing, and communication skills to ensure seamless workforce management and effective decision-making.

MIS Executive
will be responsible for developing scheduling strategies, managing headcount forecasting, and optimizing resources to meet business objectives. The role also involves data-driven reporting, performance analysis, and workforce auditing to enhance overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Workforce Planning & Scheduling:

Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to optimize resource utilization and minimize inefficiencies.

Monitor real-time staffing needs and make necessary adjustments to reduce downtime and enhance productivity.

Manage shift rotations, break allocations, and adherence tracking to maintain workforce balance.

Headcount Forecasting & Resource Management:

Perform detailed headcount forecasting to ensure adequate staffing levels based on historical trends, seasonal variations, and business needs.

Collaborate with department heads to align resource planning with operational goals.

Implement resource optimization techniques to improve overall workforce efficiency.

Audit & Reporting:

Conduct thorough audits to ensure compliance with workforce policies and industry best practices.

Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards for management review, including key performance indicators (KPIs), workforce trends, and efficiency metrics.

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance workforce planning and cost-effectiveness.

Data Analysis & Process Improvement:

Utilize advanced Excel and other data analytics tools to evaluate workforce data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Develop predictive models for staffing requirements and operational workload forecasting.

Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance workforce planning efficiency.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Statistics, Finance, or a related field (Mandatory).

Experience:

Minimum 3- 4 years of relevant experience in Workforce Management (WFM), MIS, resource planning, or operational analytics.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

Proven expertise in scheduling, headcount forecasting, and resource optimization.

Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory) – including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and complex formulas.

Experience with WFM software and analytics tools is a plus.

Strong auditing and reporting skills with attention to detail.

Ability to analyze complex data sets and present findings in an actionable format.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and results-driven mindset.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

Optional Value-Added Qualifications:

Certifications in MIS, Workforce Management, Resource Planning, or Data Analytics will be an advantage.
