Role Summary:

We are hiring for one of our clients from Education/Academic sector in Islamabad.

This incumbent shall be responsible for ensuring a high quality, holistic learning experience for all students and academic excellence across all campuses. The primary function is to design, develop, implement, monitor and continuously improve the educational framework that supports student learning, teacher development, and institutional academic standards.

Curriculum Design & Development:

  1. Design research-informed, age-appropriate curriculum frameworks
  2. Conduct critical reviews of textbooks and educational resources, ensuring alignment with current subject-specific research and pedagogical developments
  3. Collaboratively identify and articulate curriculum objectives with subject specialists
  4. Develop detailed Scheme of Work (SOW) that comprehensively outlines key topics, learning outcomes, and academic objectives for each term
  5. Ensure rigorous pedagogical consistency across grade levels, subject areas, and multiple campuses

Quality Assurance:

  1. Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations
  2. Continuously monitor instructional quality and student learning outcomes
  3. Ensure vertical and horizontal alignment of learning experiences
  4. Develop and refine educational policies and procedures
  5. Manage resources for effective implementation of the curriculum
  6. Develop and maintain educational programme documentation
  7. Conduct thorough reviews of finalized lesson plans
  8. Work collectively with subject specialists and campus/section heads to design responsive strategies for managing unforeseen educational scenarios

Staff Management & Professional Development:

  1. Conduct comprehensive, objective performance evaluations for subject specialists, providing constructive feedback and clear professional development pathways
  2. Train campus/section heads in advanced classroom observation techniques, ensuring consistent and meaningful assessment practices
  3. Guide campus heads in faculty appraisal processes
  4. Support subject specialists in developing and maintaining structured meeting schedules
  5. Support teachers in implem

enting innovative teaching methodologies
6. Design and implement personalized, data-driven professional development plans

Assessment & Development:

  1. Create robust, multi-dimensional assessment strategies
  2. Design and develop assessment tools: exams, seasonal assessments, MBMs, etc.
  3. Rigorously review and approve exam syllabi proposed by subject specialists
  4. Ensure exam objectives are integrated into the Scheme of Work
  5. Review and refine assessment tools, including development of comprehensive rubrics
  6. Conduct in-depth analysis of student performance data
  7. Facilitate collaborative discussions with subject specialists to continuously improve instructional practices

Qualifications & Requirement:

●    Minimum of 5 years of successful management experience in academic sector

●    Master's degree in Educational Leadership (preferred)

●    Strong understanding of child/adolescent development

●    Proven curriculum development experience
