Role Description

This is a contract role for the Head of Academics at Roots International Schools and Colleges, located on-site in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Head of Academics will be responsible for overseeing the junior academic programs, ensuring curriculum standards are met, and enhancing educational practices across the institution. Day-to-day tasks include managing faculty, developing and implementing academic policies, monitoring student performance, and collaborating with the administrative team to ensure a high-quality educational environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in educational management and leadership
  • Strong background in curriculum development and assessment strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in education technology and digital learning tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents
  • Experience in training and professional development for educators
  • Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
  • Experience in international or private school settings is a plus
