Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Academics, located in Islamabad. The Assistant Manager Academics will be responsible for overseeing the educational programs, developing and implementing curriculum, managing academic staff, and ensuring the quality of education provided. Daily tasks include coordinating with teachers, conducting assessments, and analyzing academic performance data to enhance educational outcomes. The role also involves regular communication with stakeholders to align with the foundation's mission and goals.

  • Experience in Curriculum Development
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proficient in Analytical Skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in non-profit organizations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Management, or related field
