We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in human resources with strong skills in CV analysis, talent sourcing, and LinkedIn recruitment. This role requires excellent communication and management abilities to ensure smooth HR operations and effective employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze CVs to shortlist suitable candidates for various positions.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other professional platforms for talent sourcing and recruitment campaigns.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Support HR management in employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide support in performance management, employee engagement, and training programs.
  • Collaborate with management to address staff needs and resolve workplace issues.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn recruitment strategies and CV analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools is a plus.
