Property Sales Agent (U.S.)
Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Property Sales Agent to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties, while delivering exceptional service and meeting sales targets. This role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with property purchases, sales, and rentals in compliance with U.S. real estate laws and regulations.
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations to understand buyer and seller needs.
  • Advise clients on current market conditions, pricing strategies, and property values.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and closing terms to ensure favorable outcomes.
  • Maintain updated property listings through MLS and other real estate platforms.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans (online, print, and networking) to promote property listings.
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
  • Guide clients through the entire transaction process, from initial consultation to closing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, local market developments, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, appraisers, attorneys, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license in the state of operation (required).
  • Proven track record in property sales or related sales roles.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. real estate market trends and property values.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with MLS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and client-service orientation.

Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual abilities (a plus, depending on market).
  • Experience with luxury, commercial, or investment properties.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media for real estate promotion.

Compensation
