We are looking for a dynamic
Property Investment Consultant
to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will guide clients in making profitable property investments, understand market trends, and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential property investment opportunities for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and emerging areas.
  • Advise clients on investment strategies, ROI, and risk management.
  • Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Prepare investment proposals and presentations for clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, property investment, or financial consulting (Freshers with strong sales aptitude can also apply).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
