Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role located in Lahore. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential or commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently managed. Key tasks include tenant communication, coordinating maintenance, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with property-related regulations. The role also involves optimizing property value and creating a positive tenant experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in property management operations including tenant onboarding, lease agreements, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills for handling maintenance coordination and property upkeep.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of local property laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and vendor interaction.
  • Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
