Business Development Manager
to join our growing team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role at PostEx. The BDM will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, generating leads and managing accounts, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to generate leads and manage accounts
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Experience in the logistics, e-commerce, or finance industry is a plus

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (B2B experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of fintech, logistics, or eCommerce sectors.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
