Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karāchi for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining the CRM system, analyzing customer data, and developing strategies to improve customer relationships. Daily tasks include overseeing customer service operations, supporting the sales team, and managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
