Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the establishment of new branches and ensure the proper maintenance of our existing branches. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing maintenance activities to ensure that all branches are fully updated and in optimal working condition. Your role will play a crucial part in maintaining our organization's operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Establishment: Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute the setup of new branches, ensuring all maintenance requirements are met during the establishment phase.

Maintenance Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all branches, including regular inspections and repairs.

Team Leadership: Lead a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure effective branch maintenance.

Supervision and Inspections: Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and compliance with maintenance standards.

Repairs and Upkeep: Oversee and participate in maintenance and repair activities, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.

Inventory Management: Manage and monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability when needed.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and expenses.

Cost Management: Work to optimize maintenance costs while maintaining high-quality standards.

Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff, promoting skill development and safety awareness.

Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to maintenance emergencies and critical situations promptly.

Minimum requirement: 1 year of experience in the same designation
