Qualification & Experience:

  • Master's degree from a reputable university.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in managing large datasets using Excel and analytical tools.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and reconciliation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and drive strategic initiatives in revenue.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured and accurate approach.

Job Description:

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of revenue streams across systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor domestic and international traffic trends, identifying anomalies or irregularities.
  • Support invoice verification by reconciling billing records with subscriptions and reflecting agreement terms/changes accurately.
  • Identify and escalate revenue leakages for timely resolution.
  • Assist in fraud monitoring through traffic analysis and reporting suspicious activities.
  • Aid dispute management by preparing reconciliation files and coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Generate exception and variance reports with clear analysis.
  • Provide cost and revenue analysis to support optimization.
  • Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with finance, technical, and partner teams to ensure smooth reconciliation workflows.
  • Prepare periodic revenue assurance reports, including reconciliation outcomes, fraud updates, and dispute statuses for line management.
  • Process monthly closings and verify proper record keeping in financial and CRM systems.
