About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Finance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchase order (PO) systems, preparing margin and profit–loss reports, and ensuring accurate financial tracking across vendor payments and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Purchase Order (PO) system.
  • Prepare weekly margin and profit–loss reports, including outgoing payments to vendors and summaries for directors.
  • Track financial transactions, expenses, and invoices accurately.
  • Collaborate with management to support budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with the UK financial system and relevant regulations.
  • Use and maintain accounting software such as Xero and related finance tools.

Additional Advantage:

  • Experience in tender or bid writing will be considered a strong plus.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping (preferably within the UK system).
  • Strong knowledge of Xero and other accounting tools.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
