Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Operations, located in Karachi. The Head of Operations will oversee daily operations management, ensure the smooth functioning of all institutes, develop and implement operational strategies, manage budgets, and lead a team effectively. Responsibilities also include analyzing operational performance, optimizing processes, and maintaining high-quality education standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Operations Management and Budgeting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to optimize processes
  • Proficient in Team Management and effective Communication
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
