We are looking for a highly skilled and creative
YouTube Expert

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in growing YouTube channels, developing data-driven strategies, and producing content that captures audience attention. This role requires deep knowledge of YouTube algorithms, trends, SEO, and audience engagement techniques to drive organic growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute YouTube growth strategies to increase subscribers, views, and engagement.
  • Research and identify trending topics, formats, and content opportunities (content hunting).
  • Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum visibility (YouTube SEO).
  • Write compelling video headlines and descriptions that boost CTR and retention.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to plan and deliver high-quality, on-brand video content.
  • Track, analyze, and report channel performance using YouTube Analytics and other tools.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor channels to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Experiment with A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and formats to maximize performance.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to platform best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of growing and managing successful YouTube channels.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, ranking signals, and monetization strategies.
  • Expertise in crafting effective video headlines, hooks, and storylines.
  • Experience with directly creating thumbnails and visuals or collaborating with design teams.
  • Experience with channel branding
  • Experience with content research, niche hunting, and competitor analysis.
  • Proficiency in YouTube Studio, Analytics, and SEO tools (TubeBuddy, VidIQ, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-changing trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in video editing or working with creative editors/designers.
  • Knowledge of cross-platform promotion (Instagram, TikTok, Shorts).
  • Familiarity with paid campaigns and influencer collaborations on YouTube.
  • Experience working in dynamic team settings.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience working in relevant portfolios.
