Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a YouTube Monetization Expert, located in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The YouTube Monetization Expert will be responsible for managing and optimizing the monetization of YouTube channels. This includes developing and implementing strategies to grow channel revenues, analyzing performance metrics, planning and producing video content, and collaborating with other team members to enhance video production quality. The role also involves regular interaction with stakeholders to align on objectives and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing
  • Experience with YouTube and knowledge of its algorithms and monetization policies
  • Strong Communication and Marketing skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Prior experience in managing successful YouTube channels is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
