About the Role

We are seeking a YouTube & Social Media Growth Expert
who can organically grow our digital platforms with unique content strategies. The ideal candidate must understand social media algorithms deeply and know how to increase followers, subscribers, engagement, and brand visibility without paid promotions.

This role requires
creativity, analytics, and strong execution
— someone who knows not just "what to post," but
how, when, and why to post
to maximize growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    organic growth strategies
    across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Snapchat.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content at the
    right times
    to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Create
    SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and hashtags
    for every post and video.
  • Guide on or design
    eye-catching thumbnails
    that increase CTR (Click Through Rate).
  • Organize
    YouTube videos into sections/chapters
    , optimize metadata, and ensure professional descriptions.
  • Stay updated with the
    latest algorithm updates
    and platform trends to keep our content relevant.
  • Analyze performance data (views, likes, comments, retention, subscribers) and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with the creative team to produce
    unique, engaging, and shareable content
    .
  • Ensure
    consistent brand presence and tone
    across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    growing YouTube channels and social media accounts organically
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    algorithms and growth strategies
    for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to create or guide on
    high-performing titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and hashtags
    .
  • Knowledge of
    YouTube SEO
    and content optimization.
  • Experience with
    analytics tools
    (YouTube Studio, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with
    attention to detail and storytelling ability
    .
  • Excellent communication skills (English required).
  • Strong sense of
    timing, trends, and audience psychology
    .
