Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for handling the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to support both management and staff in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting counseling sessions, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and leave tracking.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance appraisal systems and support management in reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support management in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills.
