Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase hotel occupancy, banquet sales, and event bookings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Planners.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with hotel revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and branding efforts.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the hotel.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present updates to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with hotel pricing and revenue policies.
  • In-depth understanding of hospitality business models, market dynamics, and emerging trends

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality Management.

Experience:

4-6 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star Hotel.

Skills:

Leadership, communication, analytical skills, and office software proficiency
