Key responsibilities
- Office management: Overseeing the day-to-day functions of the office, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and managing office supplies and equipment.
- Communication: Acting as the first point of contact, answering phones, managing emails, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Scheduling and coordination: Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
- Record and data management: Filing and organizing documents, maintaining databases, performing data entry, and preparing reports.
- Financial tasks: Handling invoices, processing expenses, and assisting with budget tracking and bookkeeping.
Timing: 9am to 5pm
