  • Scheduling and coordination: Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
  • Record and data management: Filing and organizing documents, maintaining databases, performing data entry, and preparing reports.
  • Financial tasks: Handling invoices, processing expenses, and assisting with budget tracking and bookkeeping.
