Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic
General Manager – Washing Quality
to lead our large-scale washing operations in Dhaka. If you have deep expertise in denim and woven garment washing processes and a passion for excellence, this is your opportunity to lead at scale.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the
    washing unit, ensuring top-tier quality and productivity
    .
  • Manage all types of denim washes:
    enzyme, stone, bleach, acid, PP spray, etc.
  • Innovate and improve washing processes aligned with global fashion trends.
  • Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to uphold product consistency and buyer standards.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a diverse team of technicians and supervisors.
  • Ensure full compliance with environmental, chemical, and wastewater protocols.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Textile Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in
    denim/woven washing and quality control.
  • Proven leadership in managing high-capacity washing operations.
  • Prior experience dealing with major global buyers is an advantage.
  • Pakistani professionals with strong denim backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
