The Lead Generation & Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns focused on hiring and real estate lead generation. This role combines digital marketing expertise with analytical and strategic thinking to deliver high-quality leads that fuel our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for recruitment and real estate lead generation.
  • Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and audience targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.).
  • Manage budgets effectively to achieve lead and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to define lead qualification criteria.
  • Maintain and organize leads within CRM systems for follow-up and reporting.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify best-performing creatives and audience segments.
  • Stay current with Meta Ads trends, policies, and best practices.
  • Research new tools and channels to expand lead generation efforts

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in lead generation and Meta Ads management.
  • Proven track record of running successful Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, particularly for real estate
  • Strong understanding of campaign metrics, analytics, and optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Leadpages, WordPress).
  • Basic graphic design or copywriting skills for ad creation.
  • Understanding of real estate and recruitment marketing funnels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35, Rs50,000.00 per month
