We are looking for an energetic Business Development Specialist to join our client's team in Karachi, with the opportunity to work directly with international markets.
Timings:
9 am to 6 pm
Location:
Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Salary:
Up to 150K
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and engagement.
- Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in the CRM.
- Follow up on leads and manage the pipeline to ensure conversion opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries politely and address concerns where possible.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong in Basic MS Office, i.e. Outlook,Word,PPT,Excel etc.
- Excellent English, Speaking & Writing skills.
- Strong in Task/Time Management, multitasking, deadlines, milestones.
- Strong in Work Ethics, working independent, responsible, and with commitment.
- Confident personality with professional phone etiquette
This is a not a target based role.
