Sales Manager – Technology Solutions

We're hiring a Sales Manager to take full ownership of our sales function — from strategy to execution, and from lead generation all the way to conversion. The role involves building and managing a sales team, training them, setting up proper sales systems and processes, and closing B2B deals across industries. The person should have strong experience in technology sales and a solid track record of leading teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales process from outreach to closing deals

  • Build, lead, and train the ForgeFlex sales team

  • Set up the sales funnel, CRM systems, and performance tracking

  • Drive lead generation and conversion strategies across tech services

  • Work with marketing and product teams to align messaging and pitch materials

  • Support proposal creation and high-ticket client negotiations

  • Deliver regular reporting and forecasting to leadership

  • Contribute to pricing, offer structuring, and business development

  • Represent ForgeFlex in client meetings and industry presentations

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in tech or software sales

  • At least 2 years in a sales management or team leadership role

  • Experience selling apps, digital solutions, or software services

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Self-driven, structured, and capable of building systems from scratch

  • Bonus: Experience in UAE or GCC markets

  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, etc.
