Sales Manager – Technology Solutions

We're hiring a Sales Manager to take full ownership of our sales function — from strategy to execution, and from lead generation all the way to conversion. The role involves building and managing a sales team, training them, setting up proper sales systems and processes, and closing B2B deals across industries. The person should have strong experience in technology sales and a solid track record of leading teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full sales process from outreach to closing deals
Build, lead, and train the ForgeFlex sales team
Set up the sales funnel, CRM systems, and performance tracking
Drive lead generation and conversion strategies across tech services
Work with marketing and product teams to align messaging and pitch materials
Support proposal creation and high-ticket client negotiations
Deliver regular reporting and forecasting to leadership
Contribute to pricing, offer structuring, and business development
Represent ForgeFlex in client meetings and industry presentations
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of experience in tech or software sales
At least 2 years in a sales management or team leadership role
Experience selling apps, digital solutions, or software services
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-driven, structured, and capable of building systems from scratch
Bonus: Experience in UAE or GCC markets
Bonus: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, etc.
