Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, articulate, and customer-focused Female Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel at communication and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional service to our international clients, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Clearly and effectively communicate in fluent English with a neutral or clear accent
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and accurately
  • Maintain a positive and friendly tone during all customer interactions
  • Log and update customer information using internal systems
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets

Requirements:

  • Fluent spoken English is a must – candidates must have a clear, understandable accent and excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
  • Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Willingness to work night shifts, as this role supports international clients
