Job Title: Customer Support Agent

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore (On-site)

Working Hours: 7:00 PM to :040 AM

About the Role

Mindwhiz is looking for a Customer Support Agent to assist and communicate with our U.S.-based clients. The role focuses on handling calls, resolving queries, and providing an excellent customer experience. If you are friendly, patient, and confident on the phone, this role is a great fit.

Responsibility

  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls to U.S.-based clients.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Provide accurate information about Mindwhiz services.
  • Record customer interactions and follow-up details in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with the team to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Meet weekly performance goals and KPIs.

What We're Looking For

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support or call center environment.
  • Experience with U.S.-based clients preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written).
  • Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
  • Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a team player.
