A.J Worldwide Service Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. is a growing name in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. We provide air, sea, courier, and cold chain solutions to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR operations and employee management at our head office in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both office and operational staff (operations, sales, drivers, support staff, etc.).
  • Maintain HR records, contracts, and employee files in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Support onboarding, induction, and training for new hires.
  • Handle attendance, leaves, and overtime tracking; coordinate with accounts for payroll inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with Pakistani labor laws and company policies.
  • Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
  • Assist in performance management systems, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports for management review.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and welfare initiatives to improve workforce productivity.
  • Coordinate with management for manpower planning and resource allocation for logistics operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or related industries).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in Pakistan.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Professional attitude with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
