Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Executive (Night Shift)
to join our HR team in Karachi. This role is ideal for recent graduates with internship experience in HR who are eager to launch their careers in human resources. The selected candidate will support HR operations, employee documentation, and compliance functions aligned with our US-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding, documentation, and maintenance of HR records.
  • Handle employee queries and provide basic HR support during the night shift.
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies, processes, and documentation standards.
  • Coordinate HR activities such as training, employee engagement, and performance support.
  • Prepare simple reports and maintain employee data for HR operations.
  • Collaborate with HR and compliance teams to ensure smooth back-office support for US operations.

Requirements

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory).
  • Experience:
    Internship experience in HR (0–1 year).
  • Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work
    onsite during night shifts only
