About the Role

Design Henge seeking a highly motivated and skilled Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through Upwork and other online bidding platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, proposal writing expertise, and the ability to identify, qualify, and secure potential projects.

Job Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 4, Karachi (06pm - 03am)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Write clear, customized, and persuasive proposals to win projects.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients to understand project requirements.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align proposals with company capabilities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly bidding and sales targets.
  • Track and report bidding activities, conversions, and outcomes.
  • Research market trends and competitors to enhance bidding strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, Business Development Executive, or similar role in IT/digital services.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork bidding strategies and client acquisition process.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong proposal writing and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with services such as Web Development, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Content Writing, and Branding.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Time management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
