Bee Creative is seeking experienced Upwork bidders or business development executives (mid to Senior Level) who can bring their expertise in client acquisition, proposal writing, and closing international deals. If you have a proven track record in freelancing platforms and sales, this role is for you
What We're Looking For:
- 2–4+ years of experience in Upwork bidding, freelancing platforms, or international sales
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proven ability to write winning proposals and successfully close deals
- Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, client handling & negotiation
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets consistently
- Strong interpersonal, leadership & business development skills
- Comfortable with night shift (5 PM – 2 AM) in an on-site role
