Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a seamless service experience across various channels (calls, emails, chat, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide accurate information and timely support for inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance service competitiveness.
- Track, communicate, and resolve service-related issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Deliver a consistently positive Customer Experience to maintain high Quality Assurance (QA) scores.

Job Requirements
- Minimum A Levels/Intermediate or higher education.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to maintain an American or neutral accent.
