What You'll Do:

  • Chat, call, and email your way through customer queries with patience and professionalism.
  • Solve problems on the fly and turn tricky situations into smooth experiences.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions because every customer counts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure no customer is left behind.

What You'll Need:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills both.
  • Working in
    US shifts with weekends off
    (night owls welcome).
  • A problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude.
  • Previous experience in customer service? Great. New to it? We still want to hear from you
