You will primarily focus on leading the creative and technical development of Zuria Dor's ready-to-wear collections, overseeing concept creation, design execution, and cross-department coordination. In addition to managing the design team, you will work closely with product development, production, and styling teams to bring high-impact collections to market. You will play a key role in shaping the brand's design direction, mentoring junior talent, and ensuring collections reflect the evolving identity of Zuria Dor. This position reports to senior leadership and plays a strategic role in creative planning.

About The Role
Zuria Dor is looking for a passionate and creative Fashion Designer to join our Ready-to-Wear & Production team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and development of collections that reflect the elegance, craftsmanship, and modern sensibility of the Zuria Dor brand.

You'll be involved in the full creative process — from initial concept to final production — working closely with design, production, and vendor teams to bring high-quality collections to life.

Key Responsibilities Are Following But Not Strictly Limited To

  • Design and develop ready-to-wear collections aligned with Zuria Dor's aesthetic and seasonal vision.
  • Research trends, customer preferences, and cultural inspirations to create commercially relevant designs.
  • Prepare design sketches, CADs, mood boards, and tech packs to communicate creative concepts.
  • Source fabrics, trims, and embellishments, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and design fit.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors throughout the sampling and production process.
  • Monitor production timelines and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Participate in internal design reviews, collection launches, and promotional events as needed.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3–4 years of experience in fashion design (ready-to-wear or luxury preferred).
  • Strong creative sense with an eye for detail and commercial viability.
  • Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and the production process.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and design software.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Awareness of Pakistan's luxury fashion market and client expectations.
  • Fluent in English; Urdu proficiency is a plus.
